Integrity is doing the right thing – in more normal times and in this time of crisis. We maintain fair pricing, always. We do what it takes each day – each hour – to understand and implement a rapidly changing set of rules, guidelines and emergency orders from multiple stakeholders and across multiple jurisdictions. We find the right answer.

Determination

We are determined to operate seamlessly, enabled by a long-established competency in remote working. We are determined to deliver our services safely, soundly and securely, as we have always done. Traditional closing conferences quickly became park signings, garage signings and drive-through signings as agents innovated to serve their clients. We swiftly implemented safe signing protocols and social distancing. We accelerated remote online notarizations and their hybrids from pilot to operating procedure within mere days.

Leadership

We will lead through this crisis, charting a clear path forward though uncertainty. We will instill confidence that the power of people and of institutions will prevail. We will listen openly and lead flexibly – to adapt, to find solutions, to help people. We will emerge stronger together.
