Title Services in 2021. Randy lives in Jacksonville with his wife Wendy, they have two daughters and a son. Also two adorable chihuahuas.
Wendy Swihart, CLC has been in the title insurance/legal industry for over 28 years. She has served as an escrow closer, branch manager and compliance director for the largest independent title company in Florida. She has extensive knowledge on clearing clouds on title and fraud prevention. Her professionalism, knowledge and passion are shown in each transaction. In addition to her working experience, Wendy obtained an AA Degree in General Studies, an AAS Degree in paralegal/pre-law and a BS Degree in Business and Administration, all with high honors. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys cooking, sewing, reading and spending time with family.
Caitlin Hissa is a settlement processor who joined Passport Title in June of 2020. Prior to joining Passport, she worked as a General Manager for a large corporation for 8 years. Caitlin was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida.
