Nicole Bledsoe's real estate journey began at 14, assisting her father, a broker in North Carolina.

With over 25 years of experience, she has managed numerous real estate agencies and construction companies in Tennessee and North Carolina. Nicole's passion for title work emerged over five years ago when she worked as a closing agent, appreciating the significance of each party in a transaction.

Previously the Director of Operations for the Washington County Economic Development Council, Nicole understood real estate's vital role in community development. She also ran a Virtual Assistant business for nine years, primarily serving real estate agents, gaining insight into the industry's complexities and demands.

Nicole emphasizes relationships over transactions, recognizing the emotional and financial stakes for clients. She aims to promote collaboration among real estate professionals in the bordering states of TN and Florida, offering value through training, networking, and educational events.
